Reverse: IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG NN, Jupiter standing facing, head left, chlamys over the left shoulder, Victory on a globe in the outstretched right hand, grounded sceptre in the left; eagle with wreath in beak in the left field, the officina mark in exergue.

Attribution: Macedonia (Thessalonica). Thessalonica. Licinius I. c. AD 312–313 (reign 308–324). BI. follis.

Obverse: Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Licinius I right, seen from front

Reverse: Jupiter standing facing, head left, nude save for a chlamys over the left shoulder, Victory on a globe in the outstretched right hand, grounded sceptre in the left; eagle standing left with head right, wreath in its beak, in the left field. Mintmark •TS•A• in exergue

Weight: NO WEIGHT EXISTS FOR THIS COIN FROM ANY SOURCE, and now none ever will. The Heritage lot gives 24 mm and 11h and nothing else - the same omission as the Philip II won in the same sale, while three other lots there were weighed - and the coin is staying in its NGC holder (John's slab policy, 2026-08-11), so it cannot be weighed. weight_g: null is the permanent, correct state. For orientation only, a reduced nummus of 312-313 at 24 mm would be expected around 3.5-4.5 g. · 24 mm · axis 330°  Reference: RIC VI 60 (Thessalonica)
