Reverse: Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed; in left field, LI (regnal year 10) above the headdress of Isis; ΠΑ (mint of Paphos) in right field

Formerly attributed: Ptolemy XIII — Svoronos 1824 assigned the issue to Cleopatra's brother; the regnal-year sequence is now read as Cleopatra VII's own (see essay)
